Nickel Alloy-GH2747
GH2747 Description
GH2747 (also known as GH747) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy independently developed in China. It belongs to the Ni-Fe-Cr-Al series of solution-strengthened alloys, exhibiting excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep resistance, and thermal stability. It is particularly suitable for long-term high-temperature service environments between 900–1150°C.
As a domestically developed superalloy in China, GH2747 offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for high-temperature applications, serving as an excellent alternative to imported materials like Inconel 601.
Key Performance Characteristics
High-Temperature Resistance: Long-term operating temperature range of 1100–1250°C, with short-term tolerance up to 1300°C, maintaining high strength even at elevated temperatures.
Mechanical and Chemical Stability: Exhibits high toughness, creep resistance, and outstanding thermal corrosion resistance, particularly in oxidizing and corrosive gas environments.
Processing Characteristics: Primarily used in the solution-treated state. Possesses excellent weldability, facilitating fabrication of complex components. However, heat treatment processes must be strictly controlled to prevent performance degradation.
